I have a long-standing love affair with coffee (and chocolate, but I’ll save that topic for another day), so I was delighted to receive a special package of Indonesian Kopi Luwak coffee from one of my clients! But, as much as I enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, I always start my day with a hot cup of lemon water first.

Drinking hot or warm lemon water first thing in the morning has many benefits.
